Discount Code Usage

Some customers have had trouble finding a place to enter promotional codes for our occasional sales. Ordering on cell phones makes that part more confusing. On a cell phone, it's necessary to click on "Show order summary" at the top of the checkout page in order to get to the discount code input area.
